Pui Sin Tat, a master’s student of Chinese law from the University of Macau (UM), who is also a former member of UM’s Cantonese Debating Team and vice president of the Debating and Speech Culture Association of Macao, recently won the overall championship at the Macao regional competition of a national public speaking contest. He will participate in the national final to be held in November in Shanghai. The regional competition attracted a total of 528 participants from 21 primary and secondary schools,seven universities, and various other institutions in Macao.
