Chen Shilin, head of the Institute of Chinese Materia Medica, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (CAMAS), recently gave a talk on his latest research findings at the University of Macau (UM), at the invitation of UM’s Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences. During the half-day academic exchange activity, Chen also shared his research experience with faculty members and students at UM. Chen concurrently serves as the director of the World Health Organisation’s Collaborating Centres for Traditional Medicine and vice chairman of the Consortium for Globalization of Chinese Medicine. He is also a fellow of the International Academy of Sciences for Europe and Asia.
