The “Distinguished Chinese Scientists Lecture Series 2007”, organized by China Association for Science and Technology, the University of Macau and the Association for Promotion of Science and Technology of Macau, and sponsored by Macao Foundation, will be held at 9:30 a.m. this Saturday at UM Cultural Center. Lu Zhi, Professor of Conservation Biology from Peking University, Li Jiangang, Director of Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chen Lin, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences will be invited to Macao to give a lecture about the ecological protection of western China, controlled nuclear fusion, and visual sciences.
