UM wins two prizes at Joyous Run – BOC Climbing Stairs for Charity 2012

The “Joyous Run – BOC Climbing Stairs for Charity 2012”  was held recently, attracting over ten University of Macau (UM) students and staff. Over six hundred participating athletes started from the square in front of the Bank of China (BOC) Building, passed the Avenida Panoramica do Lago Nam Van, and concluded their race at the multi-purpose hall inside the BOC Building after climbing a flight of 735 steps. A student from UM’s Faculty of Education and a staff member from UM’s Information and Communication Technology Office finished second place in the Men’s Open Group A category and fourth place in the Women’s Open Group A category, respectively.
