ContentProf Xin Jiang is a full professor of Center for studies of Chinese as a Second language, Beijing Language and Culture University. After receiving her Doctor’s degree from Institute of Psychology,Chinese Academy of Sciences, she went to Harvard University for postdoctoral work. Her research interests mainly focus on Chinese recognition and process, Chinese as second language acquisition/learning, especially in terms of learning character, lexicon and reading, and Chinese teachers’ training as well.
