In the University, there are many opportunities for you to reach out and to develop yourselves. The new learning approaches, new friends, new environment are exciting but at the same time they could also be overwhelming. Adjustment to those new things could be difficult with the newly gained freedom, autonomy and responsibility. We may feel lost, lonely, stressed and may even develop symptoms such as insomnia and social withdrawal. In this workshop, we will address the challenges you may have socially and in study, and the possible adjustment methods.
