Dmitri Felix is a research from the Northeast of Brazil. He is a Pos-doctoral Fellow of Department of Government and Public Administration at the University of Macau. In the current, he participates in the Project “Structure, Equality and Saving: Analyzing Sin-US economics Imbalances”. The author has works published in Brazil, Portugal, and Argentina. He is a member of the Institute Asia(UFPE/Brazil. He speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish, Italian and Russian.
He has published about the intelligence services in the dictatorships in Latin America, the Brazilian foreign policy in BRICS and the World Trade Organization.
