HK International Airport to University of Macau (Hengqin campus)

There are SIX sailings between Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal (Macau) per day from 12:00 pm - 09:30 pm.  For the sailing schedule, please access the link (https://www.turbojet.com.hk/en/routing-sailing-schedule/hk-airport-macau/sailing-schedule-fares.aspx) for more details.  If you have luggage with you, it can be transferred from the airport to Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal directly if you purchase the ferry ticket (HKIA-> Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal) at the counter at least TWO hours before the ferry departure time and present your luggage tag to the staff at the reception counter. 

 

If you could not catch up the last ferry from Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) and Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal (Macau), you should go to Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal (Hong Kong) from HKIA first, and then take the ferry from Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal to Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal (Macau). 

 

After arriving Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it is suggested that you can take taxi to the University of Macau.  Please print out the map (HERE), show it to the taxi driver and ask him/her to drop you off at the Postgraduate House (PGH) S1 Hostel 研究生宿舍S1 in case they do not know English.

 

Macau International Airport to University of Macau (Hengqin campus)

After arriving Macau International Airport, it is suggested that you can take taxi to the University of Macau.  It takes around 15-30 minutes from Macau International Airport to University of Macau (estimated taxi fare: MOP60-100).  Please print out the map below, show it to the taxi driver and ask him/her to drop you off at the Postgraduate House (PGH) S1 Hostel 研究生宿舍S1 in case they do not know English.

 

Transportation in Macau
It is very convenient to go outside the campus by bus.  You can buy a Macau Bus Car which costs MOP130 in the OK Convenient Store at campus for taking buses and this card could also be used in some supermarkets or convenient stores in Macau.

 

 

ACCOMMODATION

 

For participants who have reserved campus accommodation, please check-in upon your arrival.  Information counter will be set beside the Postgraduate House (PGH) S1 Hostel Reception between 02:00pm to 10:00pm on 2 June 2015 which you can do the registration first.  If you arrive S1 Hostel Reception after 10:00pm, you can do the registration at the reception of the Opening Ceremony on 3 June 2015 or the information counter at E3-3rd floor during the workgroup sessions of the Conference.
