We welcome full papers, work-in-progress papers, and extended abstracts of about five pages that cover objective, methodology, major findings and conclusions. Papers are accepted through email at wafs2019@um.edu.mo with the subject “WAFS 2019 Paper Submission” or “WAFS 2019 Poster Submission”.

• Full paper submissions must include an abstract of journal-article length with no more than 200 words and up to 5 keywords. Both the full paper and the abstract must be original, unpublished and written in either English or Chinese.

• Each submission should consist of two files: a blind copy of the paper and a cover page that provides full contact details:
        ○ Author’s name
        ○ Institution affiliation
        ○ Mailing address
        ○ Telephone number
        ○ E-mail address
        ○ Topic areas (up to 3 topic areas list above)

• All manuscripts must be double-spaced, 12-point legible font (e.g. Times New Roman), with normal margins (2.5 cm or 1 inch).

• Papers for presentation will be selected on a competitive basis with double-blind peer review. Accepted manuscripts will be assigned either to paper or poster session at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Acceptance decision will be made by 30 September - 15 November, 2019 and only authors of accepted manuscripts will be notified.

• At least one author of each manuscript accepted for paper session must register and present at the Conference, otherwise the manuscript should be submitted to poster session.
